Set Up Single Sign-On (SSO) to Access Rep Central, My AAON, and ECat 6 with one password!
Please follow these steps before you log into ECat 6 V359 with SSO.
To sign in with SSO for the first time:
1. Visit repcentral.aaon.com.
2. Enter your work email address in the sign in field and click Next. You may see an existing Microsoft login listed here. If this is your first time logging into Rep Central, do not click on your email—even if it is already listed on screen—instead, click on Use Another Account. This is a new Microsoft login setup to access AAON websites and sales tools.
3. Click Forgot Password.
4. Check your inbox for an email invitation from AAON External Authentication. You may need to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive the invitation in a few minutes.
5. Enter the code received in your reset password email and set the password you'd like to use for Rep Central, My AAON, and ECat 6 moving forward.
6. Select a two-factor authentication method (either Microsoft Authenticator app, SMS, or Email). Once you select your preferred method, you'll receive a code at the authenticator app, phone number, or email you've selected.
7. Enter the code and you’re in!
👉 Want to see My AAON? Log in to Rep Central and from the main navigation menu, select Sales > My AAON.
What's next?
AAON is introducing SSO in a phased approach to allow our internal teams an increased focus on restoring accurate dates to the order status tool.
Rep Central, My AAON, and ECat 6 are the only AAON tools that you will be able to access with the password created by the process outlined above.
For now, however, Documents Viewer, Order Status, and Parts Store will all retain the same legacy login credentials you have been using prior to the launch of Rep Central. We will send a notification when there are changes to these sites.
