My AAON Bug Fix - Add Attachments to Tickets in My AAON
With ticketing on My AAON, it’s easier than ever to start a conversation with AAON’s Customer Care team, work with AAON’s applications team, and get ECat Support.
In response to your feedback, we have updated a bug on My AAON that prevented users from exchanging documents and other attachments within the ticketing platform on My AAON.
This bug has now been resolved, and you will be able to upload attachments to open tickets and view/download attachments sent to you from AAON.
To view your open tickets and start a new one, visit Rep Central and go to Sales > My AAON > My Tickets.
