My AAON Ticketing Update & Automated Emails

Whenever a ticket is created—whether it was by phone, email, or My AAON—our system sends you an email containing your ticket number.

Starting Saturday, September 13, these automated replies will also include a direct link to your ticket in My AAON. This makes it easier to track status, continue conversations with AAON team members, and view your open and closed tickets—all in one place.

We encourage you to continue using My AAON as your primary resource for visibility into all your support requests, but these updates will ensure your messages reach the right team and provide easier access to your ticket details.
