About Customer Visits
AAON customer visits provide an inside look at our operations through guided tours of the NAIC Lab, Gary Fields Exploration Center, and manufacturing spaces in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This experience gives customers a firsthand look at our innovation, capabilities, and commitment to quality.
New Booking Process
1. Align with your customer on a preferred visit date, then coordinate that date with your RSM.
2. Receive date confirmation from your RSM.
3. Complete the Customer Visit Request form (available on the Customer Visit page in Rep Central.)
4. Submit the form and watch for your confirmation email with visit details.
What Happens Next
After your request is submitted, our CX team and your RSM coordinate all visit details and send your finalized itinerary and hotel confirmations. Any updates after the itinerary is sent will be shared via email, while changes beforehand can be made by replying to your confirmation email. Once your visit is complete, attendees will receive a post-visit survey.
You can find planning resources, sample itineraries, and submit your request on the Customer Visit page on Rep Central. If you already have a visit scheduled, you do not need to fill out the new form.
