On Tuesday, December 23rd, we identified an issue that prevented users from opening the application. The issue has been resolved and a new version of ECat is now available.
| Important 363.1 Update All versions of ECat V6 recently experienced a failure during the startup sequence. This issue was caused by a problem with third party software integrated into the system. The 363.1 update has been released specifically to resolve this problem, ensuring that ECat V6 now starts up properly. ECat V5.0.363.0 was not affected by this issue. |

Lead time updates announced on December 4th, 2025, were updated in V362 shortly after the announcement and are also included in this V363 release.
Changes to Feature offerings
RN A-C - Resolved an issue allowing the selection of fan motors that were too large to physically fit in the cabinet. The following motor types and cabinet sizes are affected:
RN-A: Supply & Exhaust fan motors
RN-B: Exhaust fan motors
RN-C: Supply fan motors
Please re-run units and re-select fans for proper motor sizing.
RN-B - Removed 6 row indoor coil option for 9-ton and 11-ton RN-B units configured as an ASHP or WSHP. Re-save any affected RN-B with a valid selection on feature A3.
