New ECat Update Version 6.0.364.0 Now Available and Version 6.0.363.3 Also Available

IMPORTANT UPDATE
The issue preventing ECat V6 from running after 4pm CT on 2/13/2026 has been resolved. Two versions are now available: 363.3 and 364.0.

Version 363.3 is recommended until 364.1 is released. While 364.0 works for some users, we are still addressing reported issues.

If you continue to have problems in V364.0:

• Install the .NET Desktop Runtime 9.0.13 x64 if prompted
• Restart ECat if you receive a “not a valid user” error; if it continues, email aaonregistration@aaon.com.
• Run ECat as Administrator if authentication or orders do not load
• Switch to 363.3 if editing orders causes crashes or you cannot create new orders.
• If it has been 12+ hours, try 364.0 again before switching.

Switching versions
Uninstall 364.0 before installing 363.3. Saved orders will not be affected. If 363.3 shows a “not a valid user” error, contact ECatSupport@aaon.com for a cache update.

Known issues
RNA/RZA units may show a blank motor casing. Please verify the casing is not blank and matches the printed submittal.
