As a part of our ongoing digital transformation and our commitment to improving your experience, we’ve introduced several new features to myAAON. As of today, Feb. 2, Order Status has moved to myAAON and includes the following new features:

New Ticket Types & Additional Enhancements
🎟️ New Ticket Types
Under My Tickets > Create New Ticket, you can now initiate Parts Order Returns, Parts Warranties, and BASX Warranty Claims directly from myAAON.
💬 Persistent Feedback
Look for the 'Give Feedback' button on the right-hand side of the screen on myAAON to share feedback about your myAAON experience at any time.
🔑 New Profile & User Access Features
Job Functions and System Access have been added as new fields on your myAAON profile. Rep office managers can now easily add new users and assign default access to AAON tools and communications. Setup is based on a simple job function selection, helping save time.
System Access indicates which AAON systems (i.e. ECAT, Rep Central, Docs Viewer or Parts site) you can access and what level of access you have for each (this was previously called contact role).
Job Functions help AAON deliver relevant communications if you're opted in to 'Critical Updates.' Furthermore, job functions also set default communication preferences—which you can update on myAAON under Profile > Communication Preferences.
