About New Rep Training
New Rep Training is designed to help new AAON representatives build a strong foundation for success. During this training, reps will gain hands-on experience with AAON software, become familiar with our product line, connect with the AAON team, tour our production facilities, and learn key processes that support day-to-day operations. It’s a valuable opportunity to develop product knowledge, strengthen relationships, and gain the tools needed to confidently support customers and projects.
