Rebecca Hale, Warranty Lead for Technical Support, has worked for AAON for over ten years. Starting as the department's first customer service representative, Hale has worked with the Warranty team for the duration of her AAON career. Serving as Warranty Lead since 2023, Hale handles warranty payments, billing requests, escalated warranty requests and helps lead the warranty team along with management. 

“I love that we get to be part of resolving problems that arise in the field, it is a very fast paced and demanding career as many of the issues are urgent,” Hale said.

Elisha Plummer

Warranty Analyst 

Elisha Plummer has served the Technical Support Department as a Warranty Analyst since 2024, but first joined the team in 2023. In her position, Plummer evaluates and processes warranty claims, communicates with vendors, creates reports, and performs data analysis. Working in the HVAC industry since 2017, Plummer has the skill and knowledge to help customers navigate stressful situations and find the right solutions. 

“I take pride in being a calm, knowledgeable resource—someone who can explain coverage clearly, advocate for fair resolutions, and make the process feel less overwhelming,” Plummer said. “It’s rewarding to turn a potentially negative experience into one that builds trust and satisfaction.”
