Dear Valued AAON Representative,

We’re pleased to share that available dates for Longview orders are now accessible in Rep Central under Sales > Order Status or through the link below. This information will be updated weekly, so we encourage you to check back regularly. 

As previously communicated, AAON launched the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system at our Longview facility in April as part of our ongoing digital transformation. This initiative is designed to enhance operational efficiency, improve data accuracy, and strengthen service delivery to benefit our customers today and in the future.  

Like any major system change, the transition has come with early challenges, particularly around order visibility. We understand how important it is for you and your customers to receive timely, accurate updates, and we recognize the frustration these temporary gaps may have caused. To stay informed, we encourage you to access the updated order dates.
