It has been just over a month since we launched the SAP Enterprise Resource Planning system at AAON’s Longview location. We want to thank you for your continued patience and partnership during this time, and to update you on our implementation progress.
As with any major system change, we have experienced challenges—particularly when it comes to visibility of order processing and status. We know how critically important it is for you and your customers to have accurate and timely status updates. We know these temporary knowledge gaps have caused frustration, but please rest assured that we are fully aware of the issue, and we are working tirelessly to resolve it.
The good news is our teams are making steady progress. We are seeing significant daily improvements in training, system performance, and internal coordination. While these improvements are not yet fully visible externally, we are confident you will begin noticing the benefits by the end of May.
