In this update you will see our Units Produced performance has come through the holidays nicely. You will see in the charts our production rates ramping up quickly, following the expected dip that occurs every year due to holidays. We are now producing at the highest rates we’ve seen in many months. Lines 1-3 in Tulsa are trending back up as we being ramping up for K12 summer projects again this year.

AAON Lean journey is now underway as part of our Operations evolution supporting our growth:
*We held a Lean Management Workshop and our first Kaizen event in Tulsa in January.
*Key principles of Kaizen leverage the talent of our team with short, high-impact improvement workshops driving rapid operational gains.
*The process identified ways to eliminate waste, improve flow, and standardize processes for smoother operations across a significant portion of Line 8 (RN C cabinet).
*Key improvements included reduced motion and waiting, relocation and standardization of workstations, and other elements to support efficient, just-in-time production flow
*We are continuing to drive improvement on line 8 and will deploy across additional lines soon. -
Supply chain continues to strengthen with targeted actions, including continued momentum with coil supply.
*We have been making great progress ramping up labor and other resources.
