AAON Production Progress Update March 6

In this update you will see our production rates continue ramping up nicely. We are producing at the highest rates in many months.

More about our latest efforts to increase production rates:

• AAON Lean journey continues to progress and build momentum as part of our Operations evolution supporting our growth:
• We executed 2 additional Kaizens in Tulsa in February improving flow on critical stations from line 8 (RN C Cabinet).
• Since January, over 58 of our team members went through the Kaizen events, contributing and building long term capability at the same time.
• As mentioned before, key principles of Kaizen leverage the talent of our team with short, high-impact improvement workshops driving rapid operational gains. The process identified ways to eliminate waste, improve flow, and standardize processes for smoother operations.
• We continue to focus during March in the next improvements already mapped for line 8 as we get ready to expand to other lines.
• Supply chain continues to strengthen with targeted actions, including continued momentum with coil supply.
• We have been making great progress ramping up labor and other resources.
