I am pleased to announce that Matt Davis has been promoted to Director of Aftermarket Sales, Parts and Services. In this key role, Matt will drive the continued expansion of our aftermarket business, including sales, operations, and strengthening parts and service capabilities.
With leadership over our aftermarket sales managers and dedicated teams in AAON’s retail stores and parts operations, Matt is committed to ensuring you and your customers consistently experience industry-leading service and support.
Matt has 24 years of experience in various roles within the HVAC industry, including Counter Sales, Sales Team Lead, Sales Manager, and National Parts Operations. Since joining AAON in 2014, Matt has been instrumental in developing a parts program focused on bringing in new products while gaining market share and his team has been essential in growing the business at an impressive pace.
