I am excited to announce that Dave Donges has joined AAON as Director of Sales for our AAON business unit. In this role, he will be responsible for expanding our equipment business and strengthening our support for our independent representative network to ensure their continued success.
Dave will lead our regional sales managers in equipping both AAON and our representatives to deliver a best-in-class customer experience to both existing and new customers. As a member of our leadership team, Dave will collaborate across the business, with engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and aftermarket sales. He will work alongside Britt Willows, our Director of National Accounts, collaborating with our representatives in both in-market transactional opportunities and National Accounts.
Dave has been in the HVAC industry for more than 20 years, holding various customer-facing and business leadership positions with York, Johnson Controls, Nortek Air Solutions and most recently Smardt Chiller Group.
Dave resides in Atlanta, Georgia, with wife Katie and their three children, Ben (19), Charlie (16), and Hattie (14).
