ECat Update Version 6.0.368/5.0.368 Now Available

What's Changing:

1. This version includes a 2% price increase for AAON models RQ, RN, and RZ.

  • AAON models CF, H3, V3, SA, SB, and M2 do not have a price increase at this time. Orders received by AAON after June 30, 2026 must reflect the new pricing.

  • We are only accepting orders without the price increase that have want dates per our lead times and are shipped and invoiced accordingly.

  • Orders submitted with a "requested extended ship date" are subject to pricing modification, including price increases or surcharges in effect at the "equivalent order entry date."

  • The "equivalent order entry date" is calculated as the "requested extended ship date" minus the applicable lead time at that point in time. We must also limit the total volume of orders placed without the price increase. Beyond this limit, the price increase will apply even if the order is received by AAON in June 2026.

  • We must do this to manage the transition in cost levels.

  • We will communicate further as we approach the limit so you are aware when the price increase will be effective. Based on anticipated order volumes, this date is expected to be prior to July 1, 2026.

  • After the volume limit is reached, contact your Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to request an exception for projects you forecast to us during the May forecasting cycle to be ordered in June 2026.


2. Fixed an issue with the additional lead times not always using the correct conditions and cabinet size.

  • Restart ECat then right-click on the job and use the option to 'Update Lead Time' to update the lead times in ECat.

3. For all units, low sound condenser fan options have been turned off due to high lead times from the manufacturer.

  • These options may be available in limited quantities through SPAs for specific units.

4. Updated pricing errors for certain RN and RZ units on features A1 and A2 that had pricing inconsistencies.

5. Updated controls pricing for certain products with factory provided controls. This may result in the unit having more than a 2% pricing increase.

6. Updated weights for certain RQ/RN units. Weights will increase when resaved.
