ECat Update Version 6.0.370/5.0.370 Now Available
What’s Changing:
-
New DX DOAS Controls option for Split Systems. A DX DOAS Controls option has been added for Split Systems, allowing selection of CF with H3 or V3 matched pairs, with ISMRE2-70 and ISCOP values rated in accordance with AHRI 920.
-
H3 C/D energy recovery sections updated to work with 3-phase heat wheel motors, slightly increasing the length of the energy recovery cabinet.
-
H3/V3/SB exhaust fan options have changed. The 450AQ fans have been turned off, and the 310AX has been turned on for single phase voltage.
General Updates:
-
Updates to factory provided controls will cause minor price changes on the following units: RN B-C cabinet when A1=K and F16B=N, RNA-016 when A1=H and F16B=N, RQ when F4A is not ‘Q’ and F16B=N, and the SB.
-
For all units, fixed an issue where validation failures were not being reported to the user after moving to the 'Unit Performance' tab.
-
Note that this may cause certain units to be unable to save when they could previously. The error message should give an explanation of specifically what is preventing saving.
-
-
Added the ability to select multiple units/accessories when retrieving drawings.
-
Fixed an issue causing performance to vary after reaching the Unit Performance tab and returning to the Fan Selection tab.
-
This issue affects water-source heat pump units and other units with energy recovery or electric preheat where the mixed air temperatures must always be calculated.
-
-
Split line sizing for H3/V3 units paired with CF units has been updated to account for heating mode on systems configured as heat pumps.
-
This includes overall updates to the performance engine so results for existing line sizing may change slightly. It is recommended that line sizing be redone for any split heat pump
