Lead Time Reductions + Premium Ship Program Reinstated
Dear Valued AAON Representative,
In the recent Momentum Report, Matt Tobolski shared how AAON is strengthening production planning, supply chain execution, and operational visibility as part of a broader effort to build a stronger operating foundation. That work is showing results, and today we're sharing two updates that put it directly in your hands.
Lead Times Are Improving in Tulsa and Longview
Lead times for equipment produced in Tulsa and Longview are now significantly shorter. As production throughput increases across the enterprise, lead times continue moving in the right direction. This is a direct result of the operational progress we've been reporting in recent updates, and we expect to see continued improvement in the months ahead.
Premium Ship Program Reinstated
We are excited to announce that AAON is immediately reinstating the Premium Ship Program for products manufactured in Tulsa and Longview.
The Premium Ship Program allows you to request products to be produced and shipped faster than published lead times when possible. Each request is submitted to your Regional Sales Manager and reviewed collectively by the Production Control team in coordination with Engineering, Purchasing, and Planning to determine the minimum acceptable premium.
Important: Not every order will qualify for premium shipping. Please do not commit a ship date to your customer until you have received approval.
If approved, you will receive a new multiplier and approval letter to include with your order.
Find more detailed instructions and the questionnaire to include when requesting premium shipping on Rep Central.
We appreciate your patience, determination in supporting customers, and loyal representation of AAON as we continue to improve our processes and delivery results. We hope these reduced lead times and Premium Ship option further enable you to promote and sell AAON with confidence.
Sincerely,
Andrew Edmondson
Vice President of Sales & Marketing
