New Lead Times Update March 11th 2026
Lead times are always under close scrutiny, and we are committed to rebuilding confidence in the timelines we communicate. Our production, sales, and supply chain teams have worked closely together to improve how we determine and communicate lead times moving forward.
Tulsa lead times remain unchanged, and we continue to have strong confidence in the timelines being quoted from our Tulsa production lines. Improved processes and increased focus from leadership and supply chain have helped Tulsa operate reliably. If this predictability continues, we anticipate a reduction in Tulsa lead times in Q2.
Some Longview lead times are now significantly longer. We recognize that in many cases we have fallen short of achieving our quoted lead times. To address this, we are changing how lead times are calculated so they align with demonstrated production line rates.
Please use the updated lead times for quotes and new orders, which you will find in Rep Central linked below.
We are also conducting a similar review of scheduled shipment dates within our current order backlog and will adjust dates where needed. Please be on the lookout for further communication.
Stay tuned for our production progress email updates for the latest on our activities to increase line rates.
We appreciate your continued support in managing projects with our customers.
