Updates to AAON's Quantity Discount Program

Effective May 1, 2026, we are updating our Quantity Discount Program, remaining in alignment with manufacturing efficiencies and enabling you to be price competitive where needed the most.

WHAT'S CHANGING

  • No change: Multiple identical unit configurations on the same line item continue to qualify for a discount multiplier.

  • New: Orders with multiple same-cabinet-size units that are not identical must be reviewed and approved by AAON to determine if they will qualify.

  • We realize you may be working to secure projects you quoted under the previous program, and therefore we will have flexibility throughout the month of May for projects quoted prior to this effective date. Feel free to contact your Regional Sales Manager (RSM) as applicable to discuss and request approval.


ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS
The following AAON products are eligible for a discount multiplier based on the number of identical-unit-configurations on the same line item of the order. To apply the discount multiplier on a job that has both discount-eligible and standard multiplier equipment, the discount multiplier must only be applied to discount-eligible line items.

To request approval of a discounted multiplier for projects with multiple quantities of non-identical same-cabinet-sizes, reach out to your RSM to communicate the strategic need for discounted pricing. Include the following information and anything else you see fit:

  1. Basis of Design Manufacturer.

  2. Strategic long-term benefit to your firm and to AAON.

  3. Competitor’s ability to comply with performance, specification, and other requirements.

  4. Profitability position at target sell price if using AAON’s standard multiplier.
